The neorealist-neoliberal debate about the probabilities for collective motion in Worldwide relations is depending on a shared commitment to Mancur Olson's rationalist definition of the problem as one of having exogenously supplied egoists to cooperate. Dealing with this assumption as a de facto speculation about planet politics, I articulate the r
